Shipping

All items ship via UPS Ground with the exception of audio CDs which will ship USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided once your item ships.

 

Return Policy

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted.

 

Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be replaced if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. If stock is not available to replace the item, a full refund will be given. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yamaha Entertainment Group of America has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Yamaha Entertainment Group of America.  Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
